Your account

Use current information, protect your login details and report suspected misuse as soon as possible. You are responsible for what is published through your account and for the people you give access to.

Free, Growth, Premium and Course Pro

You can start on Free without payment details. Current features and prices are on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance by month or year, depending on your choice. Website prices are total amounts including VAT where applicable. With a valid business VAT reverse charge, the invoice shows € 0 VAT and the displayed plan amount still applies.

From your account, you can try Growth once for fourteen days without payment details. If you do not choose a paid plan after that period, you return to Free and are not charged. You can cancel a paid subscription; it remains available until the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterwards.

How an agreement is formed

You first create an account and can correct your details before confirming. A paid subscription starts only after you choose a plan and billing period in your account and confirm the payment step. The agreement is concluded in Dutch. Your current plan and payment status are shown in your account; subscription and transaction details are retained and you can request a copy.

Consumers

If you act as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain in force. A paid service contract concluded online generally carries a fourteen-day withdrawal period. To use it, email us within that period at eric@findori.agency. If you expressly asked us to start the paid service during the withdrawal period, applicable law may require you to pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided.

Changes to price or service

We may improve the service, change features or introduce new fair-use limits. A price change does not apply retrospectively to a period already paid for. We will notify you in advance of a material change through the service or the email address linked to your account.

Your content and visitors

You retain the rights to the content you publish. You grant Findori Links only the permission needed to store, process and publish that content according to your settings. Do not publish unlawful content, malware, misleading offers or material you do not have rights to use. Follow privacy law for your visitors’ personal data and give them understandable information about your use of it.

Payments, digital products and courses

When you sell products or courses through Findori Links, you are the seller to your customer and are responsible for product and course information, delivery, taxes, refunds and applicable consumer rights. Mollie processes payments under the settings and terms applying to your account. Findori fees and payment-provider fees are separate. The applicable percentage and expected proceeds are shown in your account before publication.

Video and fair use

Course plans include a visible bundle of stored and viewed video minutes. Any additional usage will only be charged once reliable measurement, a usage overview and advance warnings are available. Until then, no automatic overage invoice is issued.

Availability and safe use

We maintain and secure the service with care, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures or outages may temporarily limit use. We may restrict or end access in cases of misuse, security risks, overdue payment or a serious breach of these terms. Where reasonable and safe, we will contact you first.

Ending the service and your data

You can cancel your subscription and contact us to close your account. What happens to personal data afterwards is explained in the Privacy Policy. Save or export information you need before your account is closed.
