What data we process

When you create and use an account, we process information such as your name, email address, phone number, address and, where applicable, company name, VAT number and billing email address. We also process account and security data, your plan choice, payment status, and the content and settings you put into Findori Links.

If you send a contact enquiry, we process the contact details and explanation you provide. Web servers and security services may also record technical information such as IP address, device and session data, and time of use.

Why we use this data

We use data to create and secure your account, provide the service, process subscriptions and payments, offer support, prevent misuse and inform you about important changes. We send tips or other marketing messages only when there is a valid legal basis or consent.

Legal bases and retention periods

We process data to perform a contract or take steps you request before entering one, to meet legal obligations, for legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or on the basis of consent. We keep account data while your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, administrative or security purposes. We keep contact enquiries for up to 24 months after the last contact. We retain payment and administrative data for as long as the law requires.

Suppliers and sharing

We use specialist suppliers to provide the service. The marketing website runs with MijnHost; the product environment and database with Railway; WorkOS handles account access; Mollie processes payments; and Resend handles transactional email. We share only the data a supplier needs for its task and do not sell personal data for advertising purposes.

Your visitors’ data

When you collect data from your visitors through Findori Links, for example through a form or order, you decide the purpose and content of that processing. Findori Links then processes the data to deliver the service you configured. You remain responsible for a valid legal basis, clear information for your visitors and suitable settings.

Cookies and measurement

The public marketing website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. WordPress and the product environment may set necessary cookies for administration, account access, security and sessions. Non-essential analytics or marketing technology is used only once the required information and consent choices are in place.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, or object to its use. You can withdraw consent for future processing at any time.
